The C2C conference (C2C-Squared) trains educators and community leaders on how to work together to create a more equitable society through education & workforce training.

Welcome to the Classroom 2 Community Conference, aka C2C-Squared. The 2023 Conference is brought to you in partnership with Worksource Montgomery.

C2C-Squared engages educators and community leaders in a series of workshops led by thought leaders in the adult education, workforce development, and other human services sectors.

Our goal is to engage teachers in the classroom as well as service providers across various wraparound services to better understand how education/training for the under-served and undervalued adult is key to the empowerment of often marginalized communities.
